Born To Be Free is a collection of essays on inner freedom — written across three doors into the same quiet room: Body, Soul, and Mind.
What we mean by freedom
The ultimate goal of human life is to become free — from compulsions, false beliefs, and mistaken identities. Not freedom as the absence of rules, but freedom as the slow, deliberate release of what was never truly ours to begin with: the habits that run us instead of the other way around, the beliefs we inherited but never questioned, the sense of who we are that turned out to be smaller than the truth.
Three doors
Body is the vessel — the work of health, balance, flexibility, and a body kept youthful enough to carry the spirit it houses.
Soul is the interior weather — feeling, breath, grief, dreaming, and the traditions that have mapped this terrain long before we arrived.
Mind is the clear seeing — memory, attention, and the quiet discipline of a mind that has learned to be calm.
Each essay here picks up one of these three threads. None of them are the whole path; together, they are the same path seen from three sides.
